Cancellation & Refunds.

Orders must be placed in advance

Lead times.

• Custom cakes must be ordered at least 7 days before your desired collection date.
• Cupcake and brownie boxes must be ordered at least 5 days before your desired collection date.
• Wedding cakes, tiered cakes and custom shaped cakes must be ordered at least 30 days before your desired collection date.

Cancellations

Cancelling your order.

As every cake and bake is bespoke and made to order, refunds are unfortunately limited. All refunds are dependent on how much notice you give.

• Custom cakes: Cancellations made up to 4 days before collection will receive a 50% refund.
• Cupcake & brownie boxes: Cancellations made up to 2 days before collection will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made after these timeframes are not eligible for a refund, as ingredients and packaging will have already been ordered and work may already have begun on your cake or bake.

Design approval

Changes & approvals.

Once you have approved your chosen design, either through a conversation with me or via the mock up sketch of your cake, changes cannot be made once your cake has been completed.

If I make a mistake with the design, flavour or size of your cake, I will always do my best to put it right. Refunds will only be considered where the mistake is mine.

Collection

After collection.

Once you have collected your cake or bake and left Bakes & Berries, it is your responsibility to keep it safe and prevent any damage.

I provide care instructions with every order and, unfortunately, I cannot be responsible for damage caused by not following these instructions. In these circumstances, a refund or replacement will not be offered.
